Returns and refunds need to be brought to our attention within 14 days of shipping date.
You must include the following:
Reason for return
Condition of product, for example, product not opened, container dented etc.
If a product arrives damaged we will absolutely correct it, return may not be required.
Buyer will pay return shipping and once a tracking number or the product has been received, then a refund will be issued, generally shipping will NOT be refunded, just the price of the item.
Oils, powders, ointments, or any organic etc products will NOT need to be returned, once they have shipped they can not come back! That does NOT mean you are not eligible for a refund, they just can not be returned.
